If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by e-mail or by phone at 503-285-7714 or 1-888-292-7714. Some flowers such as iris and other spring flowers which have a naturally short vase life may be excluded from this guarantee.
Our guarantee is an unconditional replacement or money back guarantee on anything we deliver or wire to another shop. If your order was not delivered in the Portland area we will contact the filling florist and request the flowers be replaced. If you wish a refund, we ask that you arrange with the filling florist to have the flowers picked up or returned to them and we will process a full refund for you.
